Guoxian Technology has been deeply committed to innovation in the field of Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) and has established green factories in Bengbu and Shenzhen. For example, Shenzhen Guoxian’s Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) project saves more than 365.30 metric tons of standard coal annually (based on 2020 standards), reduces carbon dioxide emissions by more than 515.66 metric tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by more than 27.12 metric tons, and nitrogen oxides emissions by more than 13.57 metric tons each year, yielding significant environmental and social benefits.

Guoxian Technology has installed distributed energy storage equipment at its R&D and production base in Shenzhen, which is expected to reduce carbon emissions equivalent to 684 metric tons of fossil fuel consumption annually.

The waste heat recovery system developed by Guoxian Technology achieves efficient recovery of industrial waste heat through two-stage cascaded heat utilization. The system saves 400,000 kWh of electricity annually, which is equivalent to a reduction of approximately 200 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

Guoxian has established a closed-loop system encompassing “design, production, recycling, and regeneration,” reducing landfill waste by 35 metric tons, carbon emissions from petroleum extraction by approximately 200 metric tons of CO₂, and plastic waste generation by 800 metric tons.

Guoxian Technology’s industrial wastewater recycling system saves 3,000 cubic meters of water per month, amounting to an annual savings of 36,000 cubic meters. The reduction in wastewater discharge is equivalent to protecting 14,400 square meters of wetland ecosystems. The system achieves a wastewater reuse rate of over 90%, establishing a closed-loop water resource utilization system.

By optimizing material innovation and manufacturing processes, managing hazardous substances, and strictly enforcing the “Environmental Hazardous Substances Management Standards,” we have achieved zero VOC emissions and zero pollution in the production process.

The high-efficiency energy-saving system for central air conditioning machine rooms developed by Guoxian Technology saves approximately 2 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1,000 metric tons and generating energy-saving benefits of 2 million yuan.

Guoxian Technology has established a comprehensive training system: In 2024, the company conducted 48 carbon footprint training sessions, covering all 3,000 employees, with a pass rate of 95%. The company has also implemented innovation incentives: It holds an annual “Innovation and Efficiency Competition,” and in 2024, employees submitted more than 320 energy-saving suggestions. In December 2024, Bengbu Guoxian was awarded the title of “National Green Factory,” and Shenzhen Guoxian is currently undergoing certification as a green factory.
