3A Ultra-Thin Glass
Factory 3A covers an area of 20,000 m² and includes two fully automated CNC production lines, one manual CNC production line, two fully automated printing lines, two semi-automated printing lines, and two Guangchi coating production lines.
Cover Glass Substrates: These substrates are produced using an ultra-thin float glass process independently developed and innovated by the Bengbu Glass Industry Design and Research Institute, which holds the core intellectual property rights for this technology. They feature high strength and impact resistance, high toughness and transparency, as well as high wear resistance and durability. The institute possesses capabilities for etched anti-glare (AG) and sprayed AG processing, CG contour machining, 3A surface treatment, high-precision printing, AG processing, and 3A coating.
