On September 27, 2024, K&D Technology’s Fourth Employee Representative Assembly was grandly convened. At the meeting, Wang Deyang, Chair of Guoxian Technology’s Third Trade Union Committee, provided a comprehensive review of the fruitful achievements of the trade union’s work over the past three years. He detailed how, under the guidance of the higher-level trade union and the company’s Party Branch, the trade union had steadily advanced organizational development, established multiple cultural and sports associations, organized a wide variety of cultural and sports activities, and played a proactive role in delivering thoughtful services to every employee. He also urged the newly elected Trade Union Committee to continue upholding the principles of unity, service, and dedication, to continuously optimize employee services, and to create a higher-quality work and living environment for employees.

Shao Hui, Director of the Trade Union Financial Review Committee, presented a detailed report on the use of trade union funds with meticulous rigor, ensuring that every expenditure was directed where it was most needed to create more tangible benefits for employees, which earned unanimous approval from the delegates.

The conference proceeded strictly in accordance with election regulations and procedures. The proposed lists of the Chief Scrutineer and Scrutineers were reviewed and approved item by item. Through secret ballot and a competitive election, the members of Guoxian Technology’s Fourth Trade Union Committee were elected in a fair and impartial manner.
