At the start of the event, grand opening ceremonies were held at each venue. Company leaders were on hand to deliver speeches and rally the troops, with General Manager Ou sounding the drumbeat to signal the start of the trek. She emphasized that hiking and running a business are fundamentally the same—both require extreme resilience and a steadfast commitment to the long term. The reason Guoxian Technology has been able to make great strides in the display industry is precisely because of this spirit: the ability to withstand the test of time and never back down in the face of adversity. She expressed her hope that everyone would bring the “keen perception” and “tenacious will” demonstrated during today’s hike back to their workplaces. With the solid strength measured by their footsteps, they should accurately discern customer needs, conquer every technical “peak,” delve deeply into their respective fields, and turn the impossible into reality!

During the subsequent route briefing and warm-up exercises, the teams’ rousing chants echoed across the sky, and their synchronized group photos captured the uplifting spirit of Guoxian’s employees. This was not merely a gathering of physical strength, but also a unification of minds; even before setting out, everyone had deeply embedded the belief of “Moving Forward Together” in their hearts.

The 20-kilometer hiking exercise was a dual test of physical endurance and mental resilience. As participants checked in at photo spots along the route, departmental barriers were broken down, and cross-team collaboration and communication flowed naturally amid laughter and joy.

Every step forward was the most vivid embodiment of the motto “Strengthening the Spirit Through Every Step.” From the sweeping river breeze along the Yangtze River in Nanjing, to the ecological landscape of Shenzhen’s green wetlands, and on to the journey along the Huai River in Bengbu, Guoxian employees demonstrated not only physical strength but also a team spirit characterized by perseverance in the face of challenges and mutual support. Just as we firmly believe in our work that “details determine success or failure, and work ethic determines our limits,” the strict discipline and mutual support displayed on the hike are the truest reflection of Guoxian’s corporate culture.

One of the most innovative highlights of this event was the “online hiking check-in platform” developed by the company’s Human Resources and Administration Department using AI. This was not only a technological experiment but also a true reflection of our dedicated approach to “AI-driven innovation across the entire organization,” which empowers corporate events and enhances management efficiency.
