Salary Range: 9,000–14,000 RMB/month
Job Responsibilities
(1) Coordinate and arrange backlight production plans;
(2) Track workshop production progress and monitor and manage quality during the production process;
(3) Improve workshop production efficiency, optimize labor allocation to reduce labor costs, and promote lean production in the workshop;
(4) Provide guidance on manufacturing process improvements, report errors in technical documentation, and propose and discuss suggestions for process improvements;
(5) Implementing workshop digitization, automation, and refined management, and providing guidance to front-line managers on improving their work capabilities.
Qualifications
(1) Associate’s degree or higher, with 3 years of backlight production management experience in the LCM industry;
(2) Strong communication skills;
(3) Ability to work well under pressure. -

Salary Range: 9,000–14,000 RMB/month
Job Responsibilities
(1) Evaluate new product development; coordinate with PM/RD in the early stages to gather project information and provide recommendations based on manufacturing capabilities;
(2) Monitor trial production progress; be responsible for trial production delivery schedules and quality; analyze defective products and drive corrective actions for anomalies;
(3) Collect issues identified during pilot production, drive cross-functional analysis of common problems, and incorporate findings into design specifications;
(4) Draft system documentation for each stage of new product development; evaluate and drive the implementation of jigs and tools;
(5) Lead post-pilot production summary meetings upon completion, compile summary reports, and follow up on the implementation of meeting recommendations in a timely manner to continuously drive design and process optimization.
Qualifications
(1) Associate’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of NPI experience in the LCM module industry; familiar with LCM product structure and operating principles;
(2) Familiar with LCM manufacturing processes and process control points; understands the basic operating principles of relevant equipment;
(3) Proficient in LCD/LCM/TPM defect analysis; capable of drafting analysis and improvement reports as well as 8D reports;
(4) Proficient in new product development processes and drafting relevant documentation for each stage of new product development (manufacturing feasibility assessment reports, PFMEA, control plans, process flowcharts, operational SOPs, proposal reports, etc.);
(5) Familiar with LCM design principles and their control points; candidates with experience in backlight design or new product development evaluation are preferred; proficient in CAD and office software; knowledgeable about PDCA and ISO 9001; strong coordination and communication skills.
